Communication Platforms

Good and reliable communication between the school and parents is essential to the educational success of our students. In light of this, BenStel has provided efficient and convenient platforms to communicate important information to parents.

Contact Information

New information and parent resources will be sent to parents via WhatsApp.

The first point of contact for all parent enquiries should be the Administration or the Academic Deans. Parents and guardians may reach BenStel through the following channels:

•  WhatsApp: 050 125 6708  (same number as the school phone)

A parents platform on WhatsApp has been made available. BenStel will communicate any important information to parents through this platform. We encourage all parents to regularly check the platform to stay connected and informed. Keeping up with updates shared through this channel helps ensure your child receives the full support they need, and that you are always in the loop as a valued member of our school community

Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

BenStel has established a Parent Teacher Association (PTA) as a parent volunteer group designed to maintain a close relationship between BenStel families and our teachers and staff. The PTA works to facilitate communication and interaction through meetings, special events, and activities throughout the school year. All parents are strongly encouraged to involve themselves in the PTA.

Parent Handbook & Consent

Parents are kindly requested to review and sign consent to the policies described in this handbook. A copy is available on the BenStel website for your convenience, and printed copies may be requested from the Administrative Office.
